1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the SEOByRehan website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Services
SEOByRehan provides search engine optimisation (SEO) services including, but not limited to, link building, technical SEO, on-page SEO, local SEO, content marketing, ecommerce SEO, SEO consulting, and programmatic SEO. Services are available across 195+ countries and are customised for each client.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their business, website, and goals. You agree to provide necessary access to tools, analytics, and platforms required to deliver SEO services. Results depend on many factors including your industry, competition, and market conditions.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed upon individually with each client during our consultation. SEOByRehan operates on a month-to-month basis with no long-term lock-in contracts unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
5. No Guarantee of Rankings
SEO is an ongoing process subject to search engine algorithm changes and market competition. While we employ best practices and have a strong track record of results, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or business outcomes. Any results shared are case studies and may not be typical.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and materials on the SEOByRehan website are the intellectual property of SEOByRehan. Strategies, templates, and deliverables created for clients become the client's property upon full payment.
7. Limitation of Liability
SEOByRehan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in question.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you retain ownership of all deliverables produced during the engagement period.
